MeetMULTIVAC: Sales Office Manager – Materials

I manage and support the Materials Customer Service Team. Our team provide a dedicated service to our customers covering order placement, stock management and answering any queries they might have to enable their production to run.

Day to day can vary dependant on our customer requirements; an urgent request for film supply, ensuring all customer deliveries are arranged for the following day, customer meetings over Teams reviewing their stock - which is always a great way to engage with our customers face to face! 

I have been with Multivac for 7 years. I initally started as Customer Support to Capital Equipment and moved into Materials in 2020, I have had a good insight into our full-turn key solutions from quote, to FAT and all the way through to success within our customers production sites! 

Above all, the people. We have fantastic teams across the business which makes the day to day variety that much easier! 

Finding ways to enhance our customer experience. Our industry is fast-paced and our customers require fast and live updates where possible. A recent roll out of our Delivery Tracker has enabled a quick view of where a customer‘s delivery is. It‘s something so simple, but very valuable in saving time over approaching our team for an update, equally greater accruacy for our customers with planning their production runs. 

Music is my hobby! House music, outside venue with my friends and a cocktail in hand brings me joy!

I wanted to be an architect. We moved around as a family quite often when growing up and I was exposed to inital floor plans/house designs which led me to draw many of my own, many being large castles - a young little girl can dream! 

Switzerland was brilliant, the Chateau de Chillon was such a fasinating castle, witnessing the most memorable sunset and visiting the Freddie Mercury statue!
