MULTIVAC Group acquires a majority stake in Italianpack S.p.A.

The MULTIVAC Group has acquired a majority holding of 80 percent in Italianpack S.p.A., a manufacturer of packaging machines. Italianpack will be integrated into the MULTIVAC organization as a new business unit, which will enable the portfolio to be expanded to include traysealers in the lower and medium price segments, as well as other peripheral equipment. The aim is to strengthen the market position and better meet customer requirements.
